酒糟型生物有机肥对豆角产量和品质的影响

摘    要:
为合理开发和利用酒糟型生物有机肥,采用田间小区试验研究了酒糟型生物有机肥对豆角产量、品质及其生理指标的影响。结果表明:酒糟型生物有机肥提高了豆角的产量,增加了豆角果实中可溶性糖含量,减少了豆角果实中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐和粗纤维的含量。同自然堆肥和纯化肥相比,酒糟型生物有机肥增加了豆角果实中维生素C含量。在豆角生长过程中,酒糟型生物有机肥增强了豆角功能叶中硝酸还原酶活性,提高了豆角根系活力,且在豆角生长中期提高了豆角功能叶的叶绿素含量。

Abstract:
In order to develop and make use of wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer,the effects of wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer on yields,quality and biomarker of cowpea were studied by field plot experiments.The result showed the yield and soluble sugar contents in fruits of cowpea were increased,and coarse fiber,nitrate and inferior nitrate contents in fruits of cowpea were decreased by wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer.Compared with the natural fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,vitamin C contents in fruits of cowpea were increased by wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer.The activities of NR in fuctional leaves and TTC reductive intensity in roots system of cowpea were raised during the growth,and the chlorophyll contents in functional leaves of cowpea were added in the middle of the growth by wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer.
