镉污染的土壤添加纸厂滤泥对水稻糙米镉含量的影响

摘    要:利用盆栽实验研究了不同水稻品种(组合)和添加钝化剂后的糙米镉含量。结果表明,不同水稻品种(组合)对土壤镉吸收存在显著差异,未添加纸厂滤泥糙米镉含量顺序为:汕优63>威优46>金优207>湘晚籼13号>培两优981>辽粳5号;添加纸厂滤泥对降低糙米镉含量有较好的效果,所有糙米镉含量平均较未添加纸厂滤泥降低了30%;其中高镉吸收品种下降的幅度较大,而低吸收品种降低的程度较小;利用低吸收品种和添加钝化剂对降低土壤镉生物有效性具有极显著的效果,湘晚籼13号、培两优981和辽粳5号结合添加纸厂滤泥的糙米镉含量比常规栽培籼优63分别下降了52.1%(P<0.01)、50.0%(P<0.01)和56.3%(P<0.01)。产量分析表明,不同品种之间的水稻产量存在明显的差异,而添加纸厂滤泥对水稻产量没有明显影响。综合分析认为,籼粳杂交选育的优质常规水稻品种湘晚籼13号,结合添加纸厂滤泥可作为本地区镉污染水稻土综合控制技术措施加以推广。

The Effect of Rice Varieties (Combinations) and Paper Mill Sludge Addition on Cd Contents in Brown Rice

Abstract:The effect of rice varieties(combination) and passivator on Cd content in brown rice was studied using pot experiment.The result showed that significant difference of Cd absorption from soil among different rice varieties(combinations).The order of Cd content in brown rice for no passivator added was: Sanyou 63>Weiyou 46>Jinyou 207>Xiangwanxian 13>Peiliangyou 981>Liaojin5.There was obvious effect of paper mill sludge added on decreasing the Cd content in brown rice,the average Cd content in all the varieties(combinations) for paper mill sludge added was decreased by 30% compared with that for no paper mill sludge added. Among all rice varieties(combinations),and the extent of Cd decreased in brown rice for paper mill sludge added in high Cd-absorption varieties(combinations) was relative large,while that in low Cd-absorption varieties(combinations) was relative low.There was significant effect on decreasing soil Cd bio-availability by using low Cd absorption varieties(combinations) and adding paper mill sludge,which the Cd content in brown rice for Xiangwanxian 13,Peiliangyou 981 and Liaojin5 combining paper mill sludge added was decreased by 52.1%(P<0.01),50.0%(P<0.01) and 56.3%(P<0.01),respectively.Analysis on rice yield indicated that there was significant difference of rice yield in different rice varieties(combinations),but not distinct effect of paper mill sludge on rice yield.Synthetic analysis suggested that Xiangwanxian 13 of high-quality,which was bred by hybrid of Indica and Japanica rice,and combining paper mill sludge addition can popularized as a technique for synthetically controlling Cd pollution in paddy soil.
