短期水分亏缺对百棉1号叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:目的]了解干旱胁迫下棉花的叶绿素含量变化,为棉花的灌溉提供理论数据。方法]以百棉1号为材料进行盆栽试验,浇水后干旱处理12 d,测定各处理土壤含水量,及叶片叶绿素含量。结果]百棉1号叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量随干旱的持续,呈现先缓慢升高后降低的变化趋势;叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b含量的变化趋势一致,峰值出现在第6天,叶绿素b含量峰值在第4天;叶绿素含量a/b值在4 d时先轻微下降,然后迅速上升,在8 d时达到峰值,然后下降。结论]短期水分亏缺时,在第6天土壤水分含量约为4%时,棉花的叶绿素开始降解,是干旱缺水的标志。
