强化混凝净化微污染水源水的效益分析

摘    要:通过烧杯试验,分别以硫酸铝、硫酸铁、氯化铁、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM阴离子型,絮凝剂)为混凝剂,研究了混凝剂种类、投加量和投加方式对微污染水源水的净化效果,并进行了相应的经济效益分析。结果表明,试验中所采用的硫酸铝、PAC、PAFC、氯化铁、硫酸铁5种混凝剂中,铝盐类混凝剂单独使用时,对于有机物(以CODMn作为指标)的去除效果,以PAFC最佳。有机物去除率在试验条件为"PAM+其他混凝剂"联合投加时,铝盐混凝剂中以PAC的处理效果最佳。考虑到实际运行中的经济方面的因素,建议采用PAFC或PAM+PAC对微污染水源进行混凝方法处理,是技术经济最优值,投加量分别为15~30、10~30 mg/L。

Economic Benenfit Analysis on Purifying Micro Polluted Surface Water by Enhanced Coagulation Process

Abstract:Using aluminium sulfate,ferric sulfate,ferric chloride,polyalu minum chloride(PAC),polyalu minum-ferric chloride(PAFC)and polyacrylamide(PAM)as coagulants,the effects of purifying micro polluted surface water was studied through the jar test.At the same time,varying coagulant types,coagulant dosages,and the method of shooting have done a large amount of jar-tests of EC.At last,economic benefit was analyzed by vestigation and research.The results showed that among aluminium sulfate,PAC,PAFC、ferric chloride and ferric sulfate,aluminium salt coagulant PAFC showed the best effect to remove organics(CODMnas index)when was used alone.The removal effciency was the highest in the PAC application under when PAM and other coagulants were used together.Thus,the optimal technical and econmical value could be achived when PAFC or PAM+PAC were 15~30 mg/L and 10~30 mg/L respectively to treat micro polluted surface water.
