Bamboo Industrial clusters in Anji has many advantages in its development,but there are still many problems. In order to promote industrial upgrading,the networks interaction should be built based on the key enterprises to improve the collective efficiency of cluster; the R D input system should be innovated for improving the R and D level and enhancing the core competitiveness of the cluster; attention should be paid to the brand of bamboo industry; the governance rights of industrial chain should be mastered through upgrading the industrial chain.
