低温胁迫下磷肥对日光温室番茄苗期生长及生理活性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽方法,研究了常温和低温条件下磷肥对番茄苗期生长和生理活性的影响。结果表明:常温条件下,磷肥用量(P2O5)在0.20~0.85 g/kg范围,番茄株高、茎粗、叶片数均表现增加趋势,超过0.85 g/kg时,开始下降;低温条件下,磷肥用量(P2O5)为3.14 g/kg时,番茄株高、茎粗、叶片数达到最高值。适宜磷肥用量可提高番茄苗期光合能力,叶片叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量增加,MDA含量下降,其抗性能力提高;磷肥施用过量,番茄叶片生理活性降低,抗逆能力下降。

Abstract:This paper studied effects under normal and low temperature of different phosphate fertilizer on tomato seedlings growth and physiology activity.The results showed that the phosphorus application(P2O5),ranging from 0.20 to 0.85 g/kg soil under ambient temperature could benefit to stronger tomato seedlings,when the phosphorus application exceed 0.85 g/kg soil the gowth of tomato seedlings begin to come down;under low temperature condition phosphorus application(P2O5)3.14 g/kg,the growth of tomato seedlings reach the maximal value.Proper phosphorus application may improve tomato seedlings growth,the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar,but the contents of MDA were declined,that means the resistance ability improves;By the excess phosphorus application,tomato seedlings physiology activity reduces,the stress resistance was declined.
