| 摘 要： | 针对农业高效用水的特点 ,分析、筛选影响因素 ,分类、定义评价指标 ,构筑多层评价结构 ,确定评价准则 ,开发计算机辅助综合评价支持系统 ,建立了基于模糊方法且比较完整的农业高效用水工程综合评价体系。

| Abstract: | In light of characteristics of high efficient agricultural water use, the influencing factors are analyzed and selected in this paper. Then the indexes of evaluation are classified and defined. Authors suggested a multi level structure for evaluation and advanced the rules for assessment. In addition, a CAD system for comprehensive assessment is developed. And finally, a more completed evaluating system based on the fuzzy method is established. |
