| Abstract: | Selection and culture of 20 strains of ECM fungi belongig to nine generawere
conducted in Larix spp.with modified R. Molina's method.Hebeloma mesophaeum,Lactarius
insulsus,Cortinarius russus and Suillus grevillei are selected to be excellent species.The four
species of ECM fungi could enhance the growth of L.gmelini and L. olgensis.PDMA and PD are
the agar and liquid medium suitable for the growth of the four selectedstrains.Solid substracts
are vermiculate and peat. |
