摘    要:基于悬架-转向系统的实际结构和组成构件的运动关系,建立了虚拟样机模型,分析了其模型的空间结构、约束副、输入驱动及自由度,并对前轮定位参数及侧滑量进行建模。在输入路面跳动激励下,对建立的模型进行直线行驶、左转、右转、左转固定角输入及右转固定角输入多行驶工况仿真,并动态测量前轮定位参数及侧滑量值,对其结果进行比较分析,以指导汽车悬架及车轮定位参数设计。

Abstract:Based on the real structure and component movement relation of suspension-steering system,the virtual prototype model was established.Then,the spatial structure,constraint,input drive and freedom of motion of model were analyzed.And the model of the front wheel alignment parameters and slide slip distance were built.Then,based on the road surface pulsation,the simulation of various driving cycles had been accomplished.The dynamic survey and comparative analysis of front wheel alignment parameters were carried out,which could be used for the instruction of automobile suspension and wheel alignment parameters design.
