大型泵站竖井进水流道水力优化设计研究

摘    要:结合广东省沙坪泵站的设计,采用雷诺平均纳维-斯托克斯方程(RANS)和标准κ-ε湍流模型,运用SIM-PLEC算法,数值模拟了7种不同设计方案的内部流动特性,得到了各方案特征断面速度和水力损失。研究结果表明,各设计方案都较合理,但方案1更优。研究可为同类型泵站优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes(RANS)equation was applied for simulation of seven different design schemes about the inlet duct of Sha-ping large shaft tubular pumping station in Guangdong Province.The standard κ-ε model based on the Boussinesq hypothesis and SIMPLEC algorithm was adopted in the calculation.The velocity contours on specific cross section and the hydraulic loss of the tubular inlet duct were obtained.A general conclusion is that all the design methods are reasonable and the scheme 1 is the best as far as tubular pumps are applied in low-head pumping stations.The research will provide reference and benefit for the optimization and design of the similar pumping stations.
