万寿菊粉的营养价值评定

摘    要:选取两种不同来源的万寿菊粉,测定其营养成分及在绵羊瘤胃中干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消失率,旨在评定万寿菊粉营养价值。结果表明,万寿菊粉的粗蛋白含量、总能为10.07%和18.91 MJ.kg-1,明显高于玉米秸和豆秸,与青贮玉米和羊草相当;万寿菊粉的DM、NDF和ADF的24 h和48 h瘤胃消失率分别为38.04%、22.60%、23.26%和46.80%、29.34%、31.16%。总之,万寿菊粉中粗蛋白、钙、铁、铜、锰、锌等含量较高,有害元素含量低,NDF、ADF瘤胃消失率较高,具备成为新型饲料资源的必要条件。

Abstract:The experiments were conducted to evaluate the nutritional value of marigold meal and dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) degradability in the rumen of sheep.The results showed that the marigold meal that the content of protein and GE was 10.07% and 18.91 MJ.kg-1,respectively,was superior to the corn stalk and bean stalk,and was equivalent with silage corn and Aneurolepidium;DM,NDF and ADF degradability of marigold meal in 24 and 48 h were 38.04%,22.60%,23.26% and 46.80%,29.34%,31.16%,respectively: The content of CP,Ca,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in marigold meal were high,and the content of harmful element in marigold meal was low,and then NDF and ADF degradability were high.In conclusion,the marigold meal possessed the necessary condition of the animal feed.
