摘    要:摘 要:以2年生南果梨苗木为适材,采用盆栽试验,研究植物生长调节剂多效唑PP333、6-苄基嘌呤6-BA、复配剂(PP333+6-BA))的不同浓度对南果梨苗木生长与抗寒性的影响。结果表明:喷施浓度为450mg.L-1的复配剂PP333+6-BA (按体积比1:1混合),苗高适中,地径粗壮,枝条相对电导率、丙二醛含量最低,可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量最高,苗木抗寒性最强。

Abstract:Abstract: Effect of Plant Growth Regulators PP333, 6-BA, PP333+6-BA on growth and cold-resistant of Pyrus Nanguo was studied with 2-year Pyrus Nanguo seedlings through Pot experiment. The results showed that: seedlings height is moderate, stem diameter is enlarge, relative conductivity and MDA content is the lowest, both branches soluble sugar content and proline are the highest in spraying the concentration of 450 mg.L-1 complex dispensing PP333 +6- BA (mixed 1:1 by volume) and seedling the cold tolerance is the strongest.
