菊苣根水提物对肉鸡屠宰性能和脂代谢的影响

摘    要:研究饲粮中添加菊苣根水提物对肉鸡屠宰性能、脂代谢的影响.选取350 只1日龄健康科宝肉仔鸡,随机分为7 组,每组5 个重复,每重复10 只.第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;2~4组分别饲喂基础日粮添加0.6%、0.8%、1.0%的菊苣根水提物;5~7组分别饲喂基础日粮添加0.6%、0.8%、1.0%简单纯化的菊苣根水提物.分别于21 日龄和42 日龄心脏采血,离心取血清,屠宰取样.结果表明:屠宰性能部分,试验组2活体质量显著高于5、7 组(P<0.05).试验组7 胸肌率显著低于试验组1 (P<0.05).试验组4 腿肌率极显著低于试验组1(P<0.01),显著低于试验组2(P<0.05).试验组2、4、5、6 腹脂率显著低于试验组1(P<0.05).对42日龄科宝肉鸡,所有处理活体质量和屠宰率差异不显著(P>0.05).试验组3、5、6、7胸肌率显著低于试验组1 组和试验组2、4(P<0.05).所有处理组腿肌率和腹脂率差异不显著(P>0.05).脂肪代谢部分,与试验组1相比,添加菊苣根水提物对21日龄科宝肉鸡血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平没有显著影响(P>0.05).试验组3 低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)水平极显著低于试验组1 (P<0.01),显著低于试验组6(P<0.05).试验组3 总胆固醇(CHO)水平极显著低于试验组1(P<0.01),显著低于试验组6(P<0.05).试验组7 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)水平显著高于试验组4(P<0.05).试验组2、6低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)水平极显著高于试验组1(P<0.01);试验组6 显著高于试验组4、5、7(P<0.05).所有处理甘油三酯(TG)水平差异不显著(P>0.05).试验组6 总胆固醇(CHO)水平极显著高于试验组1(P<0.01),试验组2 显著高于试验组1(P<0.05).

Abstract:The purpose of the trail was to test the effects of water-souble extract of chicory on slaughter performance and lipid metabolism on broilers. 350 one-day-old Kebao broiler were randomly assigned to 7 group, each group had 5 repeat with 10 broiler each. The basic diet was fed to the 1st group, basic diet with 0. 6%,0. 8%,1. 0% extract was fed to the 2nd, 3rd ,4th group respectively and with 0.6%, 0. 8%,1. 0% simply purified extract was fed to 5th, 6th, 7th group respectively. The blood was gathered from the 21-day-old and 42-day-old chicken, then use centrifugal method getting serum, and then slaughtered them and samplinged. The result of the trial showed that, for the slaughter performance, the 2nd group had a significant higer on live weight compared with the 5th ,7th group(P<0. 05). The 7th group had a significant lower breast rate compared with the 1st group. The 4th group has a extremely significant lower thigh meat rate compared with the 1st group (P<0. 01) and a significant lower with the 4th group(P<0. 05). The 2nd ,4th ,5th ,6th groups had a siginficant lower abdominal fat rate compared with the 1st group(P<0. 05). For the 42-day-old chicken, there was no significant difference on live weight and carcass rate(P>0. 05). The 3rd ,5th ,6th ,7th groups had a significant lower breast rate compared with the 1st group and 2nd ,4th groups(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference between all the groups on thigh meat rate and abdominal fat rate(P> 0.05). For the 21-day-old chicken serum fat metabolism, there was no significant difference on the level of High-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDLC)and Triglyceride (TO compared with the 1st group which fed supplemented water-souble extract of chicory diet to the Kebao chicken. The 3rd group has a extremely significant lower on level of Low-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDLC)(P< 0. 01)and had a significat lower compared with the 6th group(P<0. 05). The 3rd group had a extremely significat lower level of Total Cholesterol(CHO) compared with the 1st group(P<0. ODand has a significant lower compared with the 6th group(P<0. 05). For the 42-day-old chicken, the 7th group has a significant higher level of High-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDLC) compared with the 4th group(P<0. 05). The 2nd ,6th groups have a significant higher level of Low-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDLC)(P<0. 01) compared with the 1st group , which the 6th group had a significant higher level compared with the 4th ,5th ,7th groups(P<0. 05). There were no significant differences on the level of Triglyceride (TC) between all groups(P>0. 05). The 6th group has a extremely significat higher level of Total Cholesterol (CHO) compared with the 1st group(P<0. ODand the 2nd group has a significant higher level(P<0. 05).
