固体超强酸催化合成季戊四醇四异辛酸酯的工艺研究

摘    要:以季戊四醇和异辛酸为原料,以固体超强酸树脂为酯化催化剂合成了季戊四醇四异辛酸酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对酯化率反应的影响,确定了合成季戊四醇四异辛酸酯的优化工艺条件:以固体超强酸树脂为催化剂,催化剂用量1.2%,酸醇的物质的量之比为5.5,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为5.5h,季戊四醇四异辛酸酯收率可达98.5%。红外光谱表明,酯化反应较为完全。

Abstract:The pentaerythritol tetra-caprylate was synthesized through the esterification of pentaerythritol and isocaprylic acid using self-prepared solid superacid as a catalyst.Effects of factors such as the dosage of the catalyst,ratio of caprylate acid to pentaerythritol,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the results of esterification were investigated.The optimal condition was determined as follows:the dosage of the catalyst was 1.2%,ratio of caprylate acid to pentaerythritol was 5.5,reaction temperature was 150 ℃,and reaction time was 5.5 h,The esterifying conversion was up to 98% under the optimal condition.The esterification reaction was complete by the FTIR.
