| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化步伐的不断加快，我国加入世贸组织以后，国际资本流动对我国利用外资的影响进一步扩大，而这也必将影响到吉林省的利用外资情况。本文结合当前国际资本流动的新趋势以及近几年吉林省直接利用外资的基本情况，分析了吉林省直接利用外资面临的机遇与挑战。

| Abstract: | Accompany with the step of global economic integration constantly speed up,after China's WTO entry,the influence of international capital flow on our country utilizing foreign capital is further enlarge.Inevitably,it affects the condition of Jilin province utilizing foreign capital.In this paper,combining the new tendency of international capital flow and the basis condition of Jilin province utilizing foreign capital in these years,analyze the opportunity and challenge that Jilin province may face when use foreign capital directly. |
