摘    要:对叶菜采后品质、蒸腾、呼吸特点与内源总抗氧化活性方面的生理变化规律进行论述,介绍了影响叶菜采后贮藏寿命的主要内、外在因素.在此基础上阐述了目前叶菜类几种常见有效的贮藏保鲜技术,并分别进行比较与分析其可能存在的问题与解决方法.

Abstract:Leafy vegetables have unique physiological characteristic after harvest,this paper expounds the regular physiology changes in internal and external quality,postharvest transpiration,respiration characteristic and endogenous total anti-oxidant change of activation of leafy vegetables,introduce several main internal and external factors which influence shelf-life of postharvest leafy vegetables,based on this,explains the common valid technology and research progress of storage in leafy vegetables at present,compares and analyses separately,also probes into its possible problems and existing solutions.
