中国水青树木材的超微结构与化学元素的研究

摘    要:水青树(Tetracentron sinense Oliv.)是我国阔叶材中木质部不具导管而具管胞的一种独特、稀有树种。本研究采用扫描电子显微镜和X-射线衍射仪观察了木材的超微结构,测定了相对结晶度,利用化学分析光电子能谱仪分析了木材表面的基本化学元素。为进一步了解无导管阔叶木材的解剖形态和导管分子演化发育历史提供科学资料,为这种木材的加工利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Tetracenitron sinense Olive. is an unique and rare hardwood species of China, which does not have vessel but have tracheid in xylem. Ultrastructure and relative crystallinity of the wood were determined by scantling electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction, respectively. Essential chemical element of wood surface was analysed by electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA). This experiment provide Scientific evidence for further investigating morphology of novessel hardwood and evolution process of vessel element. It also provide theoretical foundation for woodworking and utilization of this wood.
