| 摘 要： | 为了降低农民在玉米脱粒时的劳动强度、提高工作效率,设计了玉米脱粒机。该机主要由入料口、栅格式凹板和板齿脱粒滚筒等组成。其特点是采用了挤搓脱粒技术,脱净率高、破碎率低,既适合普通玉米脱粒,也适合种子玉米脱粒。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce labour-intensity,improve work efficiency of farmers during the threshing corn,a corn thresher was designed.The design mainly includes feed mouth,grid concave boards and a shelling cylinder with board-teeth,etc.Its characteristic is rub threshing technique used in the machine,and the machine have advantages of higher threshing performance and a lower percentage of kernel damage.It is capable of processing both common corn and seed corn. |
