| 摘 要： | 阐明了学科馆员制度的内含和目前在国内一些大学的实施状况；高校文库建设的特点及做好文库建设的措施。着重阐述了学科馆员在文库建设中的作用，对高校教研工作提供的有效支持，对专藏电子文库建设的作用。以北邮图书馆为例指出学科馆员制度是一项高层次、高质量的个性化服务。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation on the present situation of carrying out subject librarian system in same academic libraries,the characteristics and measures to construct Special Collection Library,this paper expounds effect of subject librarian system on the Special Collection Library construction,then reviews the practices of BUPT Library and points out that Subject Librarian System is a high-level and high-quality service. |
