摘    要:为验证一种新的CRISPR分型方法——CSST分型方法分型沙门氏菌的可行性,分别采用传统CRISPR与CSST两种分型方法,对20株临床肠道沙门氏菌分离株进行分型.结果显示:CSST分型方法同传统CRISPR分型方法分型沙门氏菌的结果完全一致,均将20株临床肠道沙门氏菌菌株分成了15种亚型,其中CR4/CT4和CR9/...

Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility of CSST typing,a new CRISPR typing for Salmonella,20 clinical Salmonella enterica isolates were classified respectively using traditional CRISPR typing and CS ST typing.It was found that the results by the two methods were completely coincident,which classified the 20 isolates into 15 subtypes,in which,CR4/CT4 and CR9/CT9 were the most dominant CR/CT type,while other CR/CT types were sporadically distributed.In conclusion,the CSST typing could be used to type Salmonella enterica and was more simple and convenient than the traditional CRISPR typing.An important technical method was thereby provided for epidemiological traceability of Salmonella.
