木质装饰薄板干燥技术研究

摘    要:本文研究了厚度3mm和5mm的铁杉、椴木、拟赤杨三种木质装饰薄板的干燥特性和干燥工艺,筛选出了较优的干燥基准。试验结果表明:薄板的变形与温度、薄板的终含水率和薄板尺寸有关。同等情况下,温度越高,薄板变形越大;薄板的终含水率越低,其变形程度越大;薄板的厚度越小越易发生变形,薄板的宽度越大,其变形程度越大,长度对变形的影响不是很大;加压可明显减小总变形值,通过薄板局部加压和喷蒸联合处理可有效控制装饰薄板的干燥质量。

Abstract:Drying properties and drying technology on decoration wood thin-board of three specieses in the thickness of 3 - 5Mm were studied, drying schedules were also given. Factors of effecting drying quality and distortions of decorating thin-board were analyzed. The results showed that the distortion was related to the drying temperature, final moisture content and the dimension of board. Thie bigger the distortion, the higher the temperature, and the lower the final moisture content, and the thinner the thickness of board, also the bigger the width, but the length of board had less infect on distortions. The drying quality could be improved by partial pressing and steaming treatment.
