摘    要:对22种植物提取液的杀虫活性进行了初步筛选,结果表明苍耳植物提取液对杨分月扇舟蛾2龄幼虫有很强的拒食作用,其种子提取液对供饲叶碟24 h和48 h后的拒食率分别为82.83%和75.15%,茎提取液24 h和48 h后的拒食率分别为55.56%和65.87%。苍耳种子、地锦全株和牛膝叶提取液对杨分月扇舟蛾幼虫有非常强的毒杀作用,6 d后校正死亡率分别为91.94%、83.87%和81.13%。

Abstract:The insecticidal activities of 22 types of extracts from 16 plant species against the 2nd instar larvae of Clostera anastomosis(Linnaeus) were tested.The results showed that the extracts of Xanthium sibiricum had strong bioactivities.The antifeeding rate of the extract from its seeds was up to 82.83% in 24 hours and 75.15% in 48 hours,while that of the extract from its stems reached to 55.56% in 24 hours and 65.87% in 48 hours,respectively.All of the three extracts,which were extracted from the seeds of X.sibiricum,the whole plant of Euphorbi ahumifusa and the leaves of Achyranthes bidentata,respectively,had a strong poison effect.It was indicated that the corrected mortality of the 2nd instar larvae of Clostera anastomosis were 91.94%,83.87% and 81.13% after 6 days when tested with these three plant extracts,respectively.
