三门峡天鹅湖城市湿地公园规划探讨

根据三门峡天鹅湖城市湿地公园现状,结合《城市湿地公园规划设计导则》和三门峡市城市发展的战略构想,探索科学保护与合理利用湿地,实现湿地生态效益与社会效益并重的规划思路,提出了可持续的渐进性保护与湿地连贯性等原则,按照"一心两翼"进行全园布局,形成一个集天鹅观赏、湿地保护、生态旅游、文化展示、休闲娱乐、科普教育为一体的综合性生态旅游区。

Research on Planning of Swan Lake Urban Wetland Park in Sanmenxia City

This paper based on the status of urban wetland park in the Sanmenxia Swan Lake,combining ＂urban wetland park planning and design guidelines＂and the strategic thinking of Sanmenxia City,the purpose is to make use of the wetland resources on a scientific basis to realize the ecological and social value.The author puts forward the principle of sustainable protection of the progressive and continuity,in accordance with the＂bent wings＂to the layout of the entire park,building Swan Lake scenic area into a multi functional ecotourism area integrating with swans appreciation,wetland protection,ecotourism,cultural display,leisure entertainment and popular science education together.
