玉米小区育种精量排种器的试验研究与分析

摘    要:玉米小区育种精量播种机的核心部件是组合式精量排种器。为分析玉米小区育种精量排种器的性能,选取真空度、排种盘转速和排种盘径向槽宽度作为影响排种器排种性能的主要因素,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计进行试验设计,并利用JPS-12排种器性能检测试验台进行试验研究。根据试验结果建立了各因素的数学模型,并用Mat Lab绘制三维响应曲面图,分析得出各因素对作业性能指标的影响趋势。同时,利用综合加权平均法找出了能满足排种器性能要求的影响因素数值的最优组合,当真空度为7.4k Pa、径向槽宽度为3.9mm、排种轴转速为32r/min时,粒距合格指数为80.73%,漏播指数为6.64%,重播指数为5.70%,为排种器的进一步研究提供了可靠依据。

The Experimental Research and Analysis of the Seed-meter Device of the Precision Spaced Planter for Corn
Abstract:Seed-meter device with combine suckers is the core component of the precision spaced planter for corn.In or-der to analyze the seeding performance of the seed-meter device of the precision spaced planter for corn, the vacuum, the revolving speed of the seeding disk and the width of the slot on the radial slotted disk were chose as the main factors influencing the seeding performance.The quadratic orthogonal rotatory regression experiment was designed to test the per-formance of air-suction precision seed-meter device on the JPS-12 seed metering performance testing bench.The math-ematical model was set up to analyze the influence of all factors on the operation performance indicators.And the three dimensional figures were drawn with MATLAB.Using the weighted average method, the optimal combination of the fac-tors which are met requirements of the seeding performance is found out.When the vacuum is 7.4kpa, the revolving speed of the seeding disk is 32.11r/min and the width of the slot on the radial slotted disk is 3.93mm, the spacing qual-ified index is 80 .73%, the miss index is 6 .64%, the multiples index is 5 .70%.That will provide reliable basis for fur-ther research.
