摘    要:为了降低西南地区广泛应用的微耕机扶手处的振动,得到扶手的振动特性至关重要。为此,在UG中建立了扶手的三维模型,应用ANSYS软件和LMS test.lab系统分析了扶手的自由模态和试验模态,分别得到了扶手前6阶固有频率及振型,通过对比可知两者振型一致,频率的平均相对误差为4.24%,仿真结果的精度满足要求。进而,分析了扶手的约束模态,得到了其前6阶模态值,前4阶频率分别为13.02、17.22、28.57、77.88Hz;1阶振型是Y轴的横向振动,2阶振型是Z轴的上下振动,3阶固有频率处发生了扭转振动,4阶振型是Z轴的弯曲振动;各阶振型在扶手与人手接触处的位移量最大。

Modal Analysis of Armrest Aiming at Reducing Mini-tiller's Vibration
Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration of the mini-tiller used widely in Southwest area, it' s essential to obtain the vibration characteristics of the armrest.For this purpose the three-dimensional model of armrest was established using UG, ANSYS software and LMS test.lab system were applied to analyze the free modal and test modal of armrest and the natural frequencies and modal shapes of top six order were obtained respectively.The both modal shapes are unanimously and the average relative error of frequency was 4.24%.The accuracy of simulation results meets the requirements.Fur-thermore, the constraint modal of armrests was analyzed, and the modes of top ten order were obtained.The results showed that the frequencies of top four order is 13.02Hz, 17.22Hz, 28.57Hz and 77.88Hz;the shape of first order is transverse vibration along the Y-axis; the second order is vertical vibration along Z-axis;torsional vibration occurred at the third natural frequency;the fourth order is bending vibration along Z axis, the displacement of modal shapes reach maximum at the contact between the armrest and the staff.
