摘 要: | 我国是农业大国,农业经济的健康、快速发展是我国现代经济稳步增长的可靠保障,现代化农业的发展离不开自动化机械的帮助。近年来,车载式施药机逐步在农业病虫害防治中推广使用,但是由于技术相对落后,在施药过程中普遍存在"跑冒滴漏"、农药喷施不均、漂移、蒸发、污染和施药者中毒等问题。为此,在概述车载式施药机系统的基础上提出了基于PID压力反应机制的末端执行器流量控制策略,并对其运行效率进行计算机仿真分析,以期在车载式施药机行走速度不同的情况下保证相同的施药量,并在减少对环境污染的同时也降低农业生产成本。

Research on Flow Control Strategy of Terminal Actuator in Vehicle-mounted Spraying Machine |

Abstract: | China is a large agricultural country .It is a reliable guarantee for keeping steady economic growth and agricul-tural economic health and rapid development in modern China .The development of modern agriculture cannot go smooth-ly without the help of automation machinery .In recent years , vehicle-mounted spraying machine has gradually appeared in agriculture to promote the use of prevention .However ,due to the relatively backward technology , in the process of ap-plying pesticide prevalent "leaking",it appears in pesticide spraying uneven , drift, evaporation, pollution and pesticide poisoning and other issues .In light of these problems , a vehicle-mounted spraying machine system is proposed on the ends of flow control strategy based on PID pressure reaction mechanism actuator to ensure the running efficiency of com -puter simulation analysis .In order to ensure the application of vehicular pesticide spraying machine for walking the same amount of different speed , it not only reduces the pollution of the environment but also reduces the cost of agricultural production . |
