摘 要: | 基于土壤液化原理的荸荠采收船是集挖掘、清洗、装箱于一体的荸荠采收设备,可大大提高荸荠的采收效率,其核心结构是挖掘器。挖掘器的挖掘齿和振松齿周期分布在筒体上,即挖掘器是周期对称结构。但因各种因素,实际上的挖掘器并不是理想化的周期对称结构,而是存在小量失谐的类周期结构,即失谐周期结构,失谐使结构出现模态局部化现象。为此,分别建立了质量失调和刚度失调有限元模型,用ANSYS Workbench分别研究了质量失调和刚度失调对挖掘器振动特性的影响。结果表明:挖掘器微小的失调量会产生模态局部现象,且对各阶模态影响程度不同。

Abstract: | The water chestnut harvesting ship is a kind of chestnut harvesting device which can dig , clean, pack and im-prove the water chestnut harvesting efficiency .Its core structure is the digging device .The digging tooth and vibrating tooth of digging device period distribute on the barrel namely a periodic symmetrical structures .Due to various factors , the virtual digging device is not an ideal periodically symmetrical structures , but a quasi-periodic structure that has a small disorder namely a periodic structure , which can cause localization of vibration modes .The influence of stiffness dis-order and quality disorder on vibration characteristics via ANSYS workbench .The result shows that a small disorder of the digging device can cause mode localization , and has different influences on different modes . |
