摘    要:介绍了刷辊式采棉机采摘装置的结构和采摘机理,采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立采摘装置的三维模型,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对刷棉辊进行模态分析,得到其固有频率和振型,为避开共振区和结构优化设计提供理论依据。同时,对纵向刷板进行瞬态动力学分析,计算出应力的大小和分布规律,为采摘部件的改进提供理论参考。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and picking principle of picking device on the roller stripping -type cotton harvester , the 3D model of cotton-beated roller was established , using the 3D modeling software Pro/E.The modal anal-ysis for cotton-beated roller was carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench and acquire the natural frequencies and modes of vibration .These results provide a theoretical basis to avoid the resonance region and structural optimization design;transient dynamic analysis was made on the longitudinal cotton bat in order to calculate the rule of stress field , find out the regularities of distribution , it can provide theoretical reference for the improvement of picking part .
