倒挂式圆管气吸玉米免耕精密播种机的研制

根据我国当前玉米播种机械的现状,为适应玉米播种精密化作业的要求,需要研制一种结构简单、成本低的新型气吸式精密播种机。为此,以垂直圆盘气吸式精密播种机为基础,介绍了一种圆管式玉米免耕精密播种机的结构、工作原理和主要创新特点。该机采用倒挂的圆管结构作为排种器,能有效解决传统圆盘式气吸排种器的缺点,具有质量小、结构简单、操作方便、经济性好及田间通过性好等优点,具有推广和理论价值。
