油菜种子贮藏蛋白的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:对55份油菜种子可溶性蛋白进行了SDS-PAGE分析,结果不同类型油菜种子的蛋白质具有组分差异。芥菜型油菜种子蛋白质资源比白菜型和甘蓝型油菜种子蛋白质资源丰富。。本文用可溶性蛋白条带的信息,估计了所有参试品种(系)之间的遗传距离,聚类分析结果表明,在遗传距离为0.1207的水平上可将参试材料分为三类。I类:为16个B.napus品种(系)。Ⅱ类:为所有参试的4个芥菜型油菜品种(系)、2个埃塞俄比亚

Abstract:Through analsising the soluble protein of 55 rapeseeds hy SDS - PAGE, there exist difference component of proteins among the different types. We estimated of the genetic distance all the tested cultivars with the component of solube proteins. The result of Clust analsis proved that all the materials can be divided into three types in the level of 0. 1207. First type inchides 16 B. napus varieties. Second type includes 4 B. juncea cultivars, 2 B.carinata cultivare and 15 B. napus varieties. Third type includes 5 B. cmpestris cultivars and 11 B. napus cultivars.Another 2 B. napus 737(yellow seed and canola) and Tapiotor belong to none of obove. The component of Glutelins is complex that of souble proteins by SDS - PAGE of 4 B. napus varieties. Is will be provide more genetic information for the genetic diversity analysis of rapeseed.
