摘    要:研究了大田条件下套种花生、红小豆对短葶山麦冬生境及其叶绿素含量、SOD、POD酶活性的影响。结果表明:在7月份,套种能有效地起遮光和降低土层温度作用,延缓和缩短高温时间;套种条件下短葶山麦冬叶绿素a、b及总含量都比清耕高,且随着遮光率的增加叶绿素含量表现为先增加后下降;适当的套种可以提高SOD酶活性,抑制POD酶活性;随着套种密度的增大,SOD酶活性下降,而POD酶活性提高。

Abstract:Under Liriope field conditions,the effects of 3 different intercropping measures(intercropping peanut,intercropping adzuki bean and clean tillage) on the habitat and physiological indexes(including chlorophyll content,SOD and POD enzyme activity) of Liriope were studied.The results showed that intercropping could efficiently shade the sunlight,reduce the soil temperature,and thus delay and shorten high temperature time;the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content in Liriope under intercropping were higher than those under clean tillage,they firstly increased and then reduced along with the increase of shading rate;intercropping with proper density could increase the activity of SOD enzyme and decrease the activity of POD enzyme,while when the intercropping density further increased,the SOD activity decreased and the POD activity increased.
