草本刺嫩芽根多糖对小白鼠抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:目的]研究草本刺嫩芽根多糖的抗氧化作用。方法]建立小鼠动物模型,观察草本刺嫩芽根多糖对模型小鼠抗氧化功能的作用,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果]草本刺嫩芽根多糖可降低肾、血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),可增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性(P〈0.05)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论]草本刺嫩芽根多糖对模型小鼠具有抗氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective] The anti-oxidative effect of AKSP were studied.Method] Model group were established.Model group as treated with AKSP.SOD activity,CAT activity and MDA content were detected.Result] While the mice of model group treated with AKSP were increased,SOD activity CAT activity increasedand.Conclusion] AKSP can release the oxidative injury in model mice.
