摘    要:以山合欢种子为试材,用98%浓硫酸处理8 min和砂纸摩擦种皮处理研究种子发芽率变化,并利用盆栽研究山合欢种子不同播种深度下的出苗情况。结果表明:浓硫酸、砂纸摩擦均可有效破除种子硬实,使种子吸水速率加快,发芽历程缩短,第3d发芽率分别达到97%、80%,而对照发芽率只有27%;两种处理方法的发芽指数、活力指数均比对照高且差异极显著。播种深度对种子萌发和种苗生长有很大影响,山合欢最适宜的播种深度为1 cm,此时出苗率高、基茎粗、植株高、冠幅大、叶片数相对较多;播种深度2 cm次之;播种深度0 cm、5 cm时,种子出苗率、成活率及幼苗生长均表现不理想。

Abstract:The germination rate of Albizzia kalkora seeds were studied by immersing seeds in 98% H2SO4 for 8 minutes and mechanical abrasion with sandpaper.And then,A pot experiment was designed to study the effects of different sowing depths on seed germination and seedling growth of Albizzia kalkora.The results showed that 98% H2SO4 and mechanical abrasion with sandpaper could break seed hard coat effectively,increase water absorption rate and shorten germination time,on the third day the germination rate of seeds d...
