| 摘 要： | 在使用透射电镜观察波其氏块菌球孢变型子囊孢子发育的过程中发现，子囊孢子最初由双层膜将孢子定界，形成完整的孢子细胞。然而，随着孢子的发育，在原膜下面，细胞的内缘重新形成一层单位膜，肥孢子细胞重新定了界。这种生理性制裁膜替代现象的发现地生物学上具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | During the observation of the ascopore development in Tuber borchii f.sphacrosporum Malencon with TEM,it was discovered that the ascospore was originally delimited by double layer membrances,and ascospore cell was formed.However ,with the development of ascospore,under the original cell membrance ,a new layer unit membrance was formed,and the ascospore cell was delimited again.The discovery of plasmalemma physiological replace was imporant in the field of biology. |
