异源六倍体小黑麦愈伤组织的诱导与再生分化植株的研究

摘    要:以异源六倍体小黑麦幼穗作外植体,愈伤组织诱导培养基内2,4-D浓度调节在2.0-2.5mg/l之间,其诱导效果最佳,接种后6天后的诱导率达70%,9天后达95%,在继代培养其中2,4-D浓度调到3.5-4.0mg/l之间,继代的愈伤组织发育良好,质量高,在分化培养基中6-BA,KT,IAA的组配比例为1:0.99:0.3时,能提高分化率,一般可达80%以上。

Abstract:The young panicle of allohexoploid triticale was used as explant.The best medium for callus induction was 2,4-D ranged from 2. 0 to2. 5mg/1. Induction frequency was 70% after 6 days,and 95% after 9 days of induction.When the 2,4-D concentration was raisen from3. 5mg/1 to 4. 0mg/1 during subculture of callus,the tissues grew better.The differentiation frequency of the plant reached more than 80% during differentiation culture when the three hormones were properly combined (6-BA:KT:IAA=1:0. 9:0. 3) .
