| 摘 要： | 采用酸水解法提取林蛙、青蛙和蟾蜍输卵管中的脂肪酸成分;采用气相色谱/质谱法测定了3种蛙输卵管中脂肪酸的相对百分含量。结果表明,3种蛙输卵管中均含有丰富的脂肪酸,林蛙与青蛙输卵管中的脂肪酸类物质含量基本一致,哈蟆油中必需脂肪酸含量较高,是青蛙油的1.72倍,是蟾蜍油的1.15倍。

| Abstract: | In this paper,fatty acids from oviduct of Rana chensinensis David,Rana nigromaculata Hallowell and Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor were extracted by method of acidic hydrolyzing.A method for determination of fatty acids of three kind’s oviduct by GC-MS is reported.The result showed that all of them contained abandon fatty acids.The content of EAA in the oviduet of Rana chensinensis David was the highest in three kinds of frog,which was 1.72 and 1.15 times as high as that of brown frog and bull frog respectively. |
