Inspection and Detecting of Pesticide Residue in Food Should be Stressed and Enforced

Abstract The serious situations of food pollution by pesticide residue in China and the backward technology used in detection of pesticide residue and its causes are indicated in this paper.Suggestions are put forward on application of the advanced and fast multipesticide residue screen method as quick as possible,so as to resolve the problem of food pollution by pesticides and to guarantee the health of the people.
