摘 要: | 论述了汽车发动机冷却系统中比例调节溢流阀的ECU控制系统的设计,控制程序基于PID控制理论,优化比例阀控制方法,采用模块化程序设计,将环境温度作为一个主要控制参数,通过和发动机冷却液的温度比较来控制电磁比例溢流阀,从而达到调节冷却液水泵和风扇转速的目的。此系统改进了冷却方式,提高了冷却强度。

Abstract: | The paper designed a cooling system of the proportional valve controlled by ECU on the heavy vehicle engine.Based on PID theory,the control program optimized the valve control methods and used the method of program module.As an important parameter,by comparing the environment temperature to the engine coolant temperature to control the proportional valve,so,it can adjust the rotate speed of water pump and fan motors.The system improved on the cooling method and advanced the cooling intensity. |
