澧县官垸平垸行洪对血吸虫病流行的影响

摘    要:目的了解平垸行洪后人畜血吸虫病的疫情变化规律,探讨其防制对策。方法选择澧县官垸乡七里村(包括原蚕场、七里、罗家湖、三合、官东),沿松滋河大堤南北走向总长度2500m,东西纵深1000m进行人畜疫情、螺情以及易感地带野粪污染的纵向观察。结果试点村人、畜血吸虫病感染率徘徊不降、人畜化疗虽可取得短期控制疫情的效果,但群体感染率第二年又恢复到原有水平;试点村垸内活螺密度一直维持在较高水平。易感地带污染以牛粪为主,试点区湖州野粪污染情况较为严重。结论平垸行洪后尽管采取了一些防制对策,取得了一些成效,但没有从根本上控制疫情,试点区牛、羊感染率明显高于全县平均水平,应加强废弃烷的治理和人畜血吸虫病的预防与治疗。

Abstract:Objective In order to investigate the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis after leveling embankment for flood releasing and explore it' s control countermeasure. Methods The epidemic situation , snail situation and wild faeces contamination of susceptible area were observed in QiLi village of GuanYuan town , Li country, along SongZi river embankment 2 500 meters from south to north, 1 000 meters from east to west. Results Schisto- somiasis infection rate didn' t decrease in pilot village. Although it could be controlled by chemotherapy , the infection rate returned to former level next year. The density of living snail of pilot village was always high. Dung of cattle was the main contamination source in susceptible area. Conclusion The epidemic situation of schistomiasis had not been controlled, and the prevention and treatment should be strengthen in the area after leveling embankment for flood releasing.
