| 摘 要： | 从微卫星DNA的发现,微卫星DNA的特点及其在基因组中的分布、微卫星DNA的起源进化、微卫星DNA标记的功能及应用,微卫星DNA标记引物的开发及微卫星标记的检测技术和微卫星研究存在问题和研究方向等几个方面对微卫星DNA的研究进展进行综述。
