网式过滤器的计算模型选择及内部流场分析

摘    要:为了解网式过滤器内部流场特性,分别采用Fluent软件提供的Standard k-ε、RNGk-ε及Realizable k-ε模型同多孔介质阶跃模型耦合计算,通过物理试验与计算结果对比,确定了Realizable k-ε模型与多孔介质阶跃模型能更好地模拟网式过滤器中的流场。在此基础上,分析了该过滤器的内部流场,指出排污口固体边界和出水口边界条件对该过滤器的速度流场和压强场分布规律影响很大;滤网内、外侧的水流流速沿X轴分布不均匀,从而影响了网式过滤器的过滤效率及使用寿命,其结构有待进一步研究。

Calculation Model Selection and Internal Flow Field Analysis of Screen Filter
Abstract:In order to understand the internal flow characteristics of screen filter ,this paper adopted the porous jump model with the Standard k-ε,RNG k-εand Realizable k-εmodel provided by the software of Fluent for the coupling calculation of the internal flow field .By comparing the numerical simulation results and experiment results ,it is found that the Realizable k-εmodel and porous jump model are more suitable for simulating the flow field in the screen filter .On this basis ,the internal flow field of screen filter is analyzed .The results show that solid boundary of sewage outlet and boundary of water outlet have great influence on the distribution of velocity and pressure flow field .Meanwhile ,the water velocity field of the internal and external sides of the filter shows an uneven distribution along X axis ,which affects the filtration efficiency and service life of the screen filter .So the structure types deserves further study .
