| 摘 要： | 对棉花生产的投资,应注意在一定生产条件下的投资适合度,以取得最好的社会效益和经济效真。确定投资适合度的主要依据,应是综合考虑使用价值量、价值量及充分利用生产资源三个因素。确定投资适合度的方法,是根据统计资料,首先确定投资选择区间,再根据经济效益指标确定投资适合度,即找出投资效果最好的投资水平。当时平原县的棉花生产,每亩投入生产成本140元～180元之间投资效果最好,这是该县的棉花生产者及其领导者应掌握的投资适合度。

| Abstract: | To get the best economic and social benefits, an appropriatemeasure of investment in cotton production under given conditionsshould be considered. Main factors of determining the appropriatemeasure are magnitude of use value, magnitude of value andproduction resources. The method of determining the appropriate measure is at firstdetermining a selection range of investment according to statisticaldata and then the appropriate measure according to indicators ofeconomic benefits, that is, seeking the optimum level of investment. At that time, the input of 140-180 yuan per mu in cotton productiongot the best results. The appropriate measure of investment shouldbe followed by the cotton grower and their leaders in PingyuanCounty. |
