| 摘 要： | 未成年劳动教养人员的违法犯罪行为说明其个体社会化是不完全的.对未教人员的再社会化是劳动教养工作的核心内容.未教人员个体社会化过程存在着来自家庭、学校、大众传播媒介和同辈群体等方面的挑战,如何更好地实现未教人员的个体社会化是摆在我们劳教民警面前的一个重大课题.

| Abstract: | The juvenile correctional officers working on its individual criminal acts is not completely socialized.Not re-teaching staff of socialization is the core of the work of reeducation through labor.Individual officers are not taught the existence of socialization from family,schools,mass media and peer groups and other challenges,and how not to teach people to better achieve individual socialization is placed in police detention before a major issue. |
