| Abstract: | The land improvement project is an important means of the support of our national government for agriculture. Due to the complexity of the construction conditions and the limitation of funding, there are some difficulties and particularities in the control and management of the project investment. This paper analyzes and compares the different signing modes of the construction contracts so as to achieve efficient management. |
