翻转课堂在“食品毒理学”教学中的应用

摘    要:由于互联网技术的不断普及,在相关学科教学中逐渐应用计算机技术等,进而形成了翻转课堂教学模式。学生通过搜寻网络资源中的相关材料,可以丰富自身的知识体系,教师通过应用网络教育资源也能够提升自身的教学水平。在课堂翻转教学模式下,师生角色发生了很大转变,学生可以充分发挥自身的主观能动性,对所学知识进行深入研究。通过阐述在“食品毒理学”教学中应用翻转课堂模式的重要性,分析“食品毒理学”教学存在的不足,进而提出翻转课堂在“食品毒理学”教学中的应用对策。

Abstract:Due to the continuous popularization of Internet technology,computer technology has been gradually applied in the teaching of related subjects,thus forming a flipped classroom teaching mode.Students can enrich their knowledge system by searching related materials in the network resources,and teachers can improve their teaching level by using the network education resources.In the flipped classroom teaching mode,the role of teachers and students has also changed a lot.Students can give full play to their subjective initiative and conduct in-depth research on the knowledge they have learned.This paper expounded the importance of applying flipped classroom model in the teaching of Food Toxicology,analyzed the shortcomings of the teaching of Food Toxicology,and put forward the application countermeasures of flipped classroom in the teaching of Food Toxicology.
