慎防“新农村建设”走入误区

十六届五中全会提出的建设社会主义新农村的目标,对于中国广大农民和农村工作者而言,是一件激动人心的大事。从解决"三农"问题,到建设新农村目标的提出,意味着对解决"三农"问题的深化和拓展。但是无论从我国政府的管理逻辑,还是从目前一些地方政府已显现的做法看,新农村建设中不同程度上的认识和做法的误区值得警惕。只有在建设社会主义新农村的过程中认识到可能出现的误区,才能避免新农村建设走弯路,降低新农村建设的代价,全面、系统地落实中央提出的新农村建设目标。

Beware of the Misunderstanding in the New Rural Construction

The "Three Rural Issues" is resolved to the goal of construction of new countryside.However,both the Chinese Government has not yet decided to get out of the traditional system management logic and the construction of new rural areas have emerged in varying degrees of awareness and practice of errors worthy of our vigilance.Only in the construction of new socialist countryside could the misunderstanding appear before the construction of new rural areas so that the detours may be avoided of and the cost may be reduced.Comprehensively,the systematic implementation of new rural construction goal was proposed.
