| 摘 要： | 本文在对动物福利的概念进行阐述的基础上,根据欧美等发达国家养殖业发展的趋势和从我国入世后畜牧养殖业发展的需要和保障消费者权益和健康的角度出发,对在我国提倡和施行动物福利并进行相关方面的立法的必要性作一论述。
