尾叶桉抗白蚁速生家系的筛选

摘    要:为防止地力衰退和病虫害危害加剧,选择蕴含丰富基因资源的种源/家系林进行优良家系的筛选,选取生长及白蚁危害等级等指标,对广东江门的种源/家系林117个尾叶桉家系的生长和虫害进行调查。结果表明在117个家系中有41个家系没有白蚁危害,最终确定8个生长快且抗虫的家系入选为优良家系;117个家系的平均单株材积遗传力达到0.3640,8个入选家系的遗传增益达到8.66%。

Selection of Fast-growing Family of Eucalyptus urophylla with Resistance to Termite
Abstract:To protect the soil and prevent serious diseases and insect pests caused by extensive planting of single variety, it is necessary to select new provenance/family forest with abundant gene resources. In this paper, growth and insect resistance to termite of 117 families of 6-year-old Eucalyptus urophylla were studied. The results indicated that there were 41 families that could resist to termite. Finally 8 fast-growing families with resistance to termite were selected as the superior families. The average heritability of individual tree volume of the 117 families was 0.3640, and the genetic gain of the 8 superior families was estimated to be 8.66%.
