杜仲叶粉对鲤鱼免疫力的影响

为了开发理想的鱼用中草药饲料添加剂，在鲤鱼饲料中添加2%，4%，6%的杜仲叶粉，饲养30d后，测定鲤鱼的体重及嗜水气单胞菌活菌攻毒后的免疫保护力，接种经福尔马林灭活的嗜水气单胞菌（F-AH），21d后测定各试验组与对照组血清的凝集抗体效价和血液中白细胞的吞噬活性，研究杜仲叶粉对鲤鱼免疫力的影响。结果表明：饲料中添加杜仲粉能明显提高鲤鱼的免疫应答水平，增强的抗细菌感染能力，促进鲤鱼的生长，尤以添加4%，6%的效果显著。

Effects of Eucommia Leaf Powder on Carp's Immunization

and 6% Eucommia leaf powder was added to carp's feed which carp fed on for 30 days.The weight of carps and the relative percent survived after challenged with live Aeromonas hydrophila were determined.21 days after the inoculation with formalin killed Aeromonas hydrophila(F AH),the agglutinating antibody titer of serum and the phagocytic activities of leueocytes in the blood of every experimental group and control group were examed to determine the effects of Eucommia leaf powder on carps' immunization. The results showed that adding Eucommia leaf powder to carp feed promotes the immunoresponse level and growth strengthens their resistance against bacterium, especially the 4% and 6% Eucommia leaf powder.
