苗期有绿茎标记性状番茄雄性不育系的初步研究

摘    要:为了研究苗期有绿茎标记性状番茄雄性不育系的遗传特性,以苗期有绿茎标记性状番茄雄性不育系与苗期紫茎可育的番茄自交系为材料,通过构建BC1与F2分离群体,对苗期有绿茎标记性状的番茄雄性不育系及分离群体在田间自然条件下进行初步观察研究。结果表明,其不育性表现稳定,花器官退化较轻,花冠外表正常,花药稍瘪,花药中没有花粉,花柱稍长于花药筒。田间自交坐果率为5.25%,其中正常果率只有8.62%。其苗期绿茎基因与雄性不育基因均为单隐性基因,且两者紧密连锁,两者的交换率为1.1%。

Abstract:In order to study the heredity of male sterile line in tomato with a green-stalk seedling marker,the male sterile line with a green-stalk seedling marker and the male fertility self-bred line with purple-stalk seedling were used as materials to constructed the BC1 and F2 separated groups,preliminary study was conducted among the male sterile line and the separated groups in the open field.The results showed that their sterility was stable without emasculation.The floral organ degradation was a little,and the exterior of corolla was normal,the anther was slightly shrivelled,no pollen in anther,and the stylus slightly longer than the anther-tube.The percentage of selfing fruits was 5.25%,among them,the normally developed fruits with seeds occupied only 8.62%.The genes of green-stalk seedling and male sterile were both of the single recessive genes,and both closely linked,the exchange rate was 1.1%.The result provided a theory basis for the use of green-stalk marker in the male sterile line development.
